- bearish divergence being seen in XLF + IWM...these stocks are going sideways as SPX and QQQ keeps making new highs
- TRANS and UTIL not confirming new highs in SPX...strong bearish divergence
- feels like the end of the bullish rally as XLK and USO seem to be the leaders...sounds like the weak hands buying these
